SoulCollage® was founded by Seena B. Frost. This method of collage develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. There are Facilitators around the world, and I am happy to be one of them.

The SoulCollage® Community Suit is for honoring and celebrating the people, animals, or possibly a place whose support, and love make a difference in our lives.

The practice of SoulCollage®️, and facilitating others through the process is something I truly enjoy. This gentle, creative process helps me round out a holistic lifestyle, and it could help you as well.
SoulCollage®️ is an expressive soul practice done in community or individually. All of my gatherings involve guided meditation and a safe space to share.
We can work one on one in a quiet space on any ideas or issues you are working with, or just free style it. We can also gather as a group for a relaxing introspective workshop.

“The Fool”
This card card can be found in the Council suit of my SoulCollage® deck with all the other Archetypal parts of me. These days she only shows up once in a while in this true and rare form. It’s always a good time….while it lasts.
This card says to me: I am one who can make a splash. I am one who no longer plays the fool.
“I Am Whole”
This card from my SoulCollage® deck. I feel my joy, my delight and my intact spirit despite swirling adversity all around. I enjoyed my life as a child and my curiosity does not wane.
This card says to me: I am one who flies on the seed of life. I am whole. I am one who blossoms.
