We'll talk all things Dandy! You'll then have the knowledge to harvest and use dandelion in your daily life.
The Apothecary will be open and a light seasonal lunch and tea will be served!

SWWHWB along with North County Wellness Collective will be hosting a Pop - Up Respiratory Clinic.
We will be in the Community room sharing ideas and talking to folks about plants that can be worked with for respiratory care this coming winter season.
If you are curious come on out! If you have a current or on going respiratory issue we can make some solid suggestions, so come on out!

Come and join us for a Pot Luck Style Winter Solstice Supper, followed by a drum circle. Bring your drums! I have 3 or 4 to share.

Practicing Herbalism comes in many forms and building healthy soil is one of them.
I’ll be sharing my simple thoughts on soil. We’ll discuss soil for seed starting, soil blocking, potting up and soil building.
Bring your yard tools. We’ll get those wooden handles taken care of with sandpaper and oil. A wire wheel will tune up the shovel end.
